Okay, guys, shit's about to get serious. I had two very important meetings with my advisor and my second referee (who's also chairman of the board of examiners, aka Vorsitzender des Prüfungsausschusses) last week and I have another two tomorrow and it looks like I'll finally register my thesis at the registrar's office (aka Prüfungsamt) tomorrow.

( Honestly, let's just tell it like it is: academic admin stuff SUCKS. )

So, I still haven't written another word for my thesis but I did do an astonishing amount of reading, at least judging from all the colorful post-its and pagemarkers I stuck in the library books on my cupboard and thanks to the wonderful recommendations from immertreu (thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!) Yeah, yeah, I'm pissed off again. What's gotten her in a snitch now, you're thinking and well, I'm telling you: censorship. No really. I'm not exaggerating.
